WCM BLENDED NORMAL
Wesleyan College of Manila New Blended Normal shall utilize both
online and onsite learning through asynchronous session (through recorded lectures,
readings, webinars, podcasts done without teacher) and synchronous sessions
(face-to-face or online classes with teacher) with deep dives or discussions.
WHY DO WE NEED TO CHANGE TO BLENDED NORMAL?
The world is VUCA(Volatile, Uncertainty, Complexity, Ambiguity) learning should not stop despite this condition.
The Future of Work are now, Technology Driven, Hybrid and Blended according to Mckinsey and DOLE reports.
The Generation Z and Alpha also known as Digital Natives have a different learning styles compared to previous generations.
HOW WILL THE CLASSES BE LIKE?
These modality will have Onsite and Online classes with different teaching and learning strategies.

WHAT WILL THE SCHEDULE BE LIKE?
The schedule will also vary depending on the grade level. Kinder to Grade 12 will go to school 4 DAYS (MONDAY-THURSDAY) a week and 1 DAY (FRIDAY) will be allotted for Online. College will have 1 Day Online and 1 Day Onsite per course or subject.
